Connect deliver a range of Musculoskeletal services in a Primary Care setting by physiotherapists and specialist GP’s working in an integrated way, for the rapid treatment of a range of conditions.
Connect have developed and refined three separate services, aimed at improving patient access and achieving the best possible outcomes.
- PhysioLine (a telephone advice service)
- Primary Care Physio (practice or community based)
- Intermediate Musculoskeletal Assessment & Treatment Team (a form of CAT)
