Satisfied Patients
Many practices hold meetings for patients, which we attend periodically.
Bi-annually we organise customer/patient forums specifically to guide us in our service development.
Every stage of the pathway from booking the appointment to the outcome of the consultation is assessed and analysed.
We gain feedback from patients through formal questionnaires. Here are some recent examples of the results of these questionnaires:

Satisfied GP’s
As well as delivering a service to individual patients we are keen to ensure practices give us feedback. This is done formally as well as informally.
Face to face meetings between Connect’s Physiotherapists, Managers, Practices GP’s and Practice Managers are encouraged.
There is also the opportunity for individuals within practices to express their satisfaction (or otherwise!) on a range of issues including waiting times and service satisfaction.
