Meet Our Team

Connect not only provide a high quality service to clients but has an ethos for looking after it’s staff. The staff employed are at different levels with a different skill base.

Each member of staff is designated to one of six line managers. The members of staff are routinely visited throughout the year and on an ad-hoc basis as required. This enables the individual to professionally increase their development, as well as providing a smooth and efficient delivery of service.

Throughout the year, individual members of staff update their skills regularly completing internal & external training on topics such as ergonomics, risk assessments, manual handling, display screen equipment and work related upper limb disorders.

NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND: Connect currently has 16 members of staff working on-site within 21 different companies.

NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND: Connect currently has 6 members of staff working on-site within 10 different companies.

SCOTLAND & CUMBRIA: Connect currently has 7 members of staff working on-site within 2 large companies.

UK WIDE SERVICES: Connect now deliver services UK Wide either independently to local sites across numerous geographical locations, or more recently, to large national companies who are looking for consistency of service from one provider across all their business units/sites.  Connect currently has staff working on site across 14 sites in the UK for national companies.

Connect Physio Partners

In addition to the above, Connect currently have over 300 physiotherapy practices/practitioners on its 'Physio Partner' register, who complete work on behalf of Connect on an ad-hoc basis.  The type of work may vary from delivering a course of treatment to completing detailed workplace assessments.  Please feel free to contact us at opsinfo@connectphc.co.uk if you are interested in delivering work on behalf of Connect.
