
Connect not only provide a high quality service to clients but has an ethos for looking after it’s staff. The staff employed are at different levels with a different skill base.
NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND: Connect currently has 16 members of staff working on-site within 21 different companies.
NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND: Connect currently has 7 members of staff working on-site within 10 different companies.
SCOTLAND & CUMBRIA: Connect currently has 7 members of staff working on-site within 2 large companies.
UK WIDE SERVICES: Connect currently has 9 members of staff working on site across 11 sites in the UK for 1 large national company.
Each member of staff is designated to one of six line managers. The members of staff are routinely visited throughout the year and on an ad-hoc basis as required. This enables the individual to professionally increase their development, as well as providing a smooth and efficient delivery of service.
Throughout the year, individual members of staff update their skills regularly completing internal & external training on topics such as ergonomics, risk assessments, manual handling, display screen equipment and work related upper limb disorders.
